Ingredients:
1 15 ounce can of white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 heaping T chopped sage (about 7 to 8 leaves)
1 small clove garlic
1 1/2 T olive oil
1/4 t Watkins Pepper
1/4 t salt
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
