1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:

Mix flour salt and pepper. Cover bottom of greased casserole with potato slices. Sprinkle 1/2 flour, salt and pepper mixture. Repeat layers. Pour milk over potatoes. Drizzle evenly with butter. May also add shredded cheese when putting this dish together and sprinkle on top.
