Peanutty California Sandwich

Ingredients:

1/3    cup cottage cheese

1        tablespoon smooth or chunky peanut butter

2        slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice), toasted

2        tablespoon dark raisins

1/4    cup alfalfa sprouts

Directions:

In small bowl combine cheese and peanut butter, mixing well.  Spread mixture on 1 slice toast; sprinkle with raisins, then top with sprouts and remaining slice of toast.

Makes 1 serving.
