Parsley Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

1        cup sour cream

1        cup mayonnaise

3        cloves garlic

2        cups packed parsley, roughly chopped (about 1 bunch)

1/4    cup roughly chopped chives

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.  (You can also mince the herbs by hand and then mix the ingredients with a fork.)

Cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for a least 1 hour.

Makes 2 1/4 cups
