Oven Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients:

6         boneless porkchops

1         onion, halved and thinly sliced

1/4     cup vinegar

3/4     cup water

1         tablespoon brown sugar or honey

1         tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2     cup ketchup

1         teaspoon salt

1/4     teaspoon Watkins  Pepper

dash   Watkins Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and lay the pork chops in the bottom. Slice the onion and place on top of the chops. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the pork chops.

Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered for 1 hour or until tender.

Serve with rice and your choice of vegetable.
