My favorite cheese ball

I have been making this Cheese Ball for over 30 years, don’t remember who the recipe is from but it is good. It is especially good around the holidays.

  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 2 packages chipped beef (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chives or green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • *2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  1. Mix all together except for 1/4 of the meat.
  2. Form into a ball.
  3. Roll in remaining chopped meat.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 or 3 days.

*This year when I make it, I’m going to use Watkins Meat Magic.  You can use Meat Magic as a replacement for Worcestershire Sauce so I’m going to give it a try.  I’ll let you know how it turns out.
