Italian Sausage and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb. Italian Sausage

1 medium onion, chopped

2 quart water

2 tablespoon Watkins Beef Soup Base

2 teaspoons Watkins Meat Magic

2 stalks celery, chopped

4 carrots, sliced in rounds

1/2 teaspoon Watkins Oregano

1/2 teaspoon Watkins Basil

2 teaspoon garlic, chopped – I used they type in a jar

2 15 oounce cans kidney beans

1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn

2 cup uncooked rototini – your choice of pasta

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown Italian Sausage with chopped onion. While this is browning chop celery and carrots.

Add soup base and meat magic to the water. Add cooked Italian Sausage mixture, chopped carrots and celery, oregano, basil, garlic and canned vegetables.

Simmer for 20 minutes. While this is simmering cook the pasta – al dente  and add when the soup is finished simmering.

Serves 6 – 8
