Honey and Mint Carrots

Ingredients:

3        cup (6 medium) cut carrots

1        tablespoon honey

1        tablespoon mint leaves

Directions:

Heat 1 inch water to boiling.  Add carrots to boiling, reduce heat, cover and cook til crisp tender, 10 minutes, drain and toss with honey and mint.
