Ingredients:
2 cup flour
4 T cocoa
1 t salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 t baking powder
4 T oil
2 t vanilla
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions:
Mix flour, 4 T cocoa, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add the 4 T oil, vanilla and milk. Mix until smooth, pour into 9 x 13 inch sprayed pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with 1/2 cup cocoa. Pour boiling water over all, DO NOT STIR!!!! Bake at 350 degress for 45 minutes.
