Hi all, long time no write.  Been a little hectic around here but things are getting back to normal.

I came across this really easy swedish meatball recipe today and thought I would share it with you.  Now I just got it today so I haven’t tried it yet but it sure sounds good to me.

  1. Put a 5 pound bag of frozen meatballs in your crrock pot.
  2. Put in  16 oz of Chip Dip, Sour cream and onion, veggie or dill.
  3. Optionally, you can cut up a medium onion and add it to the top of mixture
  4. Salt and Pepper it.
  5. Turn crock pot on medium.
  6. Come back 6 hours later and you are ready to eat.

I’d serve this over noodle, stroganoff style.

Rememer, I haven’t tried this yet but it sounds good.  I’d watch the cooking time on it also, just in case it takes longer than 6 hours.

Have a great day all.
6. Put lid on crock pot and head off to work.  When you get home the house smells great, dinner is ready!
