Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients:
1 1/2       pound round steak
2              tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
1              medium onion, sliced
1              carrot, chopped
1              small stalk celery, chopped
1              jar mushrooms, sliced
1              green pepper, chopped
1              15 ounce can tomato sauce

Directions:
Cut round steak into serving size pieces.  Season flour with salt and pepper.  Dredge meat in the seasoned flour.  Place onions in bottom of crock pot.  Add meat.  Top with carrots, celery, mushrooms and green pepper.  Cover with tomato sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 3 to 5 hours.  Serves 4.
