Ingredients:
2 T soy sauce
2 T Ketchup
1/2 t Watkins Ginger
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 chicken breast, skinless and boneless chopped
2 T vegetable oil
6 green onions, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
4 cups rice, cooked
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, ketchup, ginger and garlic in heavy-duty plastic bag. Add chicken and let sit about 15 minutes. Heat 1 T oil in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add green onions and bell peppers, stir fry til crisp tender. Remove. Heat remaining 1 T oil in skillet. Add chicken; stir fry 4-5 minutes or til no longer pink in center. Stir in bell pepper mixture.
