			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>2     cups packed cilantro, roughly chopped (about 1 bunch)</p>
<p>2     T chopped walnuts</p>
<p>1     T fresh lime juice</p>
<p>2     t  soy sauce</p>
<p>1     t sugar</p>
<p>1/2 t salt</p>
<p>1/8 t Watkins Pepper</p>
<p>2     T hot water</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Combine everything but the water in a food processor.</p>
<p>Pulse for 15 seconds while adding 1 T of hot water.  Scrape down the sides and repeat.  Makes 3/4 cup.</p>

<p>1     cup creamy peanut butter</p>
<p>1/4  cup soy sauce</p>
<p>6      T apple cider vinegar</p>
<p>2      cloves garlic</p>
<p>1 inch cube peeled ginger</p>
<p>1/2   cup roughly chopped cilantro (or less to taste)</p>
<p>1/4   cup hot water</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Combine everything but the water in a food processor.</p>
<p>Pulse until smooth, about 20 seconds, while gradually adding the hot water.</p>
<p>Stir with a spatula to make sure all the ingredients are mixed well (the soy sauce and vinegar can settle on the bottom).  Makes 2 cups.</p>
