Tried a new recipe for supper tonight and it was a BIG hit. Super easy to make in the slow cooker.
Brown Sugar Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 LB Boneless Chicken Breast
1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
2/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Sprite (any lemon lime soda will work)
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce (you can use regular if you want)
1 teaspoon Watkins Black Pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken in your slow cooker
Combine remaining ingredients and stir well to dissolve sugar
Pour over top of the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until chicken is done.
Serve over white rice.
