Brown Sugar Chicken

Tried a new recipe for supper tonight and it was a BIG hit. Super easy to make in the slow cooker.

Brown Sugar Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 LB Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sprite (any lemon lime soda will work)
  • 3 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce (you can use regular if you want)
  • 1 teaspoon Watkins Black Pepper.
  • DIRECTIONS:

  • Place chicken in your slow cooker
  • Combine remaining ingredients and stir well to dissolve sugar
  • Pour over top of the chicken
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until chicken is done.
  • Serve over white rice.
