Barbecued Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

4 to 5     pounds of ribs cut into serving pieces

1/2         cup catsup

2             tablespoons brown sugar

1/2         cup A1 sauce

2             tablespoons vinegar

1/4         teaspoons salt

1/2         teaspoons hickory smoke flavored salt

1             teaspoon Watkins Minced Onion

Directions:

Place ribs  rack in baking pan.  Brown in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes turn  and brown on other side for 10 to 15 minutes.  Drain off fat, put ribs in crockpot and add remaining ingredients over ribs.  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.  Makes 5 to 6 servings.
