Bar-B-Cups

I got this recipe from my son Dave. He’s a great cook and make delicious pulled pork. He makes his own special barbecue sauce for the pork. This is a great snack for a holiday get-together.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 large can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion.
  3. Separate biscuits and place in ungreased muffin pans, pressing dough up side to make cups.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into cups.
  5. Bake 10 – 15 minutes at 400 degrees or til browned.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and heat to melt.
