Ingredients:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons butter
4 cup chili – leftover
1 15 ounce can refried beans
1/2 15 ounce can whole corn
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 12 ounce bag tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook onions and celery in butter. Add chili, refired beans and salsa.
In a 13 x 9 pan, layer chips, 1/2 chili and corn and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers of chip and chili .
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Top with remaining cheese and bake 3 -4 minutes more.
